The house

Set 70 feet above Little Peconic Bay, the home has 180-degree views toward Robin’s Island and the North Fork. A private outdoor heated freshwater pool in the backyard overlooks the bay. Public stairs lead down to the waterfront.

The open-plan interior includes a living room and equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee pot, cookware and dishes. Covered porches and an upstairs relaxation area provide additional places to sit. All three bedrooms are on the second floor and have air conditioning and full ensuite bathrooms. Their bed arrangements are one king, one queen, and one queen plus one twin respectively. The upstairs open sleeping area has a sofa bed and balcony/deck. A half bathroom is on the main floor.

Outdoor facilities include a gas grill, wood-burning fire pit, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, two beach chairs, a beach umbrella, four lounge chairs and patio furniture. Linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The home also has heating, a usable fireplace, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace.
