## About the house

Sky Villa accommodates up to 14 guests in six bedrooms, with 10 beds and 10 full bathrooms. Gas fireplaces, a private pool, private hot tub, sauna, fire pit and heated outdoor patio table seating eight provide indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

The first floor has a game room with a wet bar, seating, an 80-inch TV, ping-pong, foosball and a pool table. Glass doors open to the pool and hot tub area. A ski preparation room and laundry space are also on this level, along with a king bedroom with pool-deck access and a bunk bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, fireplace and private bathroom with a separate shower and Jacuzzi tub.

The third-floor great room has a two-story ceiling, mountain-facing windows, a stone fireplace, an 80-inch TV, two sofas and club chairs. The equipped kitchen opens to the living and dining spaces. The dining table seats 10, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. A wine chiller and balcony are available.

The fourth level contains a king bedroom with a fireplace, Smart TV and Juliet balcony, another king bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds that can be arranged as a king. Garage parking accommodates two vehicles, and the driveway is heated. Dining and entertainment at Canyons Village Base Area are minutes away; Main Street is a 20-minute drive. Starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided.

Ski-in/ski-out access follows the trail directly off the ski locker patio, to the left of the aspen trees, to Twilight Trail. Harmony Trail connects to Tombstone Express. Main Street is a 20-minute drive. Garage parking is limited to two vehicles.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 14. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions to existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays are five nights from October 27, 2026 through February 11, 2027; seven nights from February 12–22, 2027; five nights from February 23 through December 16, 2027; seven nights from December 17, 2027 through January 1, 2028; and five nights from January 2 through March 31, 2028.
