## About the house

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with a lift. Its bright living room has large glass windows, a dining table, a double sofa bed and a television. A long balcony runs along the building’s facade and connects to the separate kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and moka coffee maker.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and balcony access; the second bedroom has a single bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and a smaller service bathroom. A hairdryer and iron are provided, and Wi-Fi is available.

Guests can use the shared condominium swimming pool for a separate daily fee paid directly to the concierge. The area is served by public transport. Nice Airport is about an hour’s drive away, Genoa Airport is less than two hours’ drive away, and San Remo train station is just over 20 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. The arrival window starts at 15:00 or 16:00 depending on the destination and ends at 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations, with reservation details available in the Guest Area.
