House rules
Maximum occupancy is 42 people. Groups above 25 guests incur an additional per-person nightly charge. Exceptions may be considered for large families with small children. Minimum stays are three nights from May 1 to December 18 and January 6 to April 30, and five nights from December 19 to January 5.
