Sky High at the Plaza is a remodeled, 3,051-square-foot condo with an open floor plan, playful design and mountain views. It has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main bedroom and two guest bedrooms each have a king bed; the fourth bedroom has a bunk, two twins and two trundles.

The private living room has a fireplace, and the home includes a balcony, dining table, kitchen island and smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, standard drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. Air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron with ironing board are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

The building has an elevator and garage parking. The gondola and town are within walking distance, and ski shuttle service is available. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. There is no hot tub or outdoor grill. Long-term stays are allowed.

The gondola and town are within walking distance. Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. A maximum of one car is permitted. The central location can be busy during peak seasons. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.

Maximum occupancy is 14 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a scheduled, paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional scheduled cleaning with payment arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from a Telluride InvitedHome team member and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.
