The house

The condo accommodates four guests and has 813 sq. ft. of interior space plus a 96 sq. ft. private lanai, totaling 909 sq. ft. The open-plan living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, a sectional sofa, a smart TV and direct access to the furnished lanai.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker and rice cooker. Its island seats four.

Both bedrooms have king beds. The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, balcony/deck access, partial ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower and dual vanities. The second bedroom has closet space and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. The second full bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower.

Shared community facilities include a swimming pool, pool deck, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, spa and BBQ spaces. A rooftop terrace has shaded lounge areas, BBQ grills and city-to-ocean views. The community provides 24-hour security and concierge assistance.

The condo has Wi-Fi, Ethernet connectivity, air conditioning throughout, an in-unit washer and dryer, and two included assigned parking stalls. Beach towels, linens, a hair dryer, extra pillows and blankets, a first-aid kit and smoke detector are provided.

Ala Moana Center is directly across the street, and Ala Moana Beach Park is steps away. Restaurants, rooftop lounges and cafés are within walking distance; Magic Island and Waikiki Beach are nearby. Monthly rentals only, with a 30-day minimum stay.
