The 2,140-square-foot, single-level condo has three ensuite bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The living room centers on a fireplace, and the kitchen connects to a breakfast nook, double bar seating and a formal dining table seating eight. A private patio and mountain views complement direct walk-out access to the ski hill.

The main bedroom has a king bed, TV and ensuite with dual vanities, a soaking tub with views of a fireplace and TV, and a steam shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV and ensuite shower. The bunk bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunks, a trundle, TV and ensuite shower. A sofa bed is available in the common area.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes and a standard drip coffee maker. The condo also provides air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, linens, towels and a smart TV. A grill and BBQ area, ski storage, theater room and gym/fitness room are available. Game amenities include foosball, shuffleboard and an arcade game.

Flagstaff Lodge provides a shared lagoon hot tub, game room and lounge, complimentary rides for guests, and complimentary après-ski beer and wine during ski season. The property has ski shuttle service, access to a bus route and one free garage parking space.

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Snowboarders are not allowed at the ski resort. Parking is limited to one garage space.

Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Long-term stays are allowed. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is prohibited; shipping to the local management address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team schedules an In-Stay Refresh and processes payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
