House rules
Smoking is not permitted. Bed linen and towels are not included; guests must bring bed linen. Between Midsummer and mid-August, the house is rented for full weeks with arrival and departure on Fridays. The property sleeps up to 12 people and is best suited to families with children or groups of up to 10 adults.

Skjærhallen is 200 m away, the sea is 250 m away, a grocery store is 200 m away, and Storesand beach is 2 km away. The description says Storesand is about a five-minute drive away and that bathing is possible at Skjærhallen. The property is about 30 km from Fredrikstad. There is no year-round or summer road directly to the cabin.
