House rules
Pets are not allowed. Maximum occupancy is four guests. Credit cards are accepted. A security-deposit pre-authorization of €463 is held on arrival and voided five days after departure. Fifty percent of the booking total is due at reservation; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. Fifty percent of paid prepayments is refundable for cancellations at least 31 days before arrival; no refund applies to later cancellations.
