House rules
Loud music is allowed within limits from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests should keep noise mild and within the villa and respect neighbours. Alcohol is allowed. Events and shoots require homeowner approval; additional charges or a refundable deposit may apply. Extra guests are accommodated using extra floor mattresses, with each bedroom accommodating 2 guests plus 1 extra guest. Pets require a pet contract.
Getting there
The villa is just minutes from Awas Beach. The recommended way to reach it is by private car or taxi; guests using public transport can take the RoRo ferry from Bhau cha Dhakka to Mandwa Jetty and then take a private car to the villa.
