The house

The apartment has a bright, double-exposure layout with a spacious living area, dining area and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, coffee machine, moka pot, refrigerator and freezer.

There are two double bedrooms and two queen-size beds; one bedroom includes a study area. The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer. A laundry area, washing machine and iron are available, along with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

The rooftop terrace offers sea views toward Ortigia and Syracuse's small harbor and is reached by a shared stairway. Other accommodations occupy the same building.

Catania Fontanarossa Airport is approximately 65 km away, and Comiso Pio La Torre Airport is approximately 110 km away. Syracuse's train station and the interbus station serving the airports are a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
