Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
No. The entire home must be booked; individual-room bookings are not available.
Are meals provided onsite?
No. Meals are not provided onsite; the home is self-catered.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests are asked to respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
The roads connecting to the property are described as good. Guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before leaving. The villa is stated to be 10–15 minutes from the Samruddhi Expressway exit.
Who manages the villa?
A caretaker is onsite.
