House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Up to two dogs may be allowed with final approval from InvitedHome; notify the team when booking and submit details by text message or email. Pet cleaning costs $150 per animal and pet rental costs $50/night per animal; these fees are added after approval and are non-refundable. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear cannot be shipped to the home; shipping to the local team address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Reservations exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh, arranged by the Reservation Team with payment processed separately. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in or late check-out requires authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depends on availability.

Getting there

Ski-in/ski-out access is via Silver Buck Run and is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Snowboarders are not allowed at Deer Valley Ski Resort. Parking is limited to one garage space. Complimentary rides are available for Flagstaff Lodge guests, including trips to Park City's historic Main Street.
