The house

The townhome sleeps six and has two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main level connects the living room, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. The living room has sofas, a TV and a gas fireplace; the dining table seats six, with two additional seats at the kitchen bar. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes. A covered balcony has a natural gas grill and bistro seating.

The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A laundry closet provides a washer and dryer, and the patio has a private hot tub. The top-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, desk, private bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, and a furnished balcony overlooking the community.

Shared facilities include a heated pool, hot tub and fitness center. Concierge staff, an onsite restaurant, an onsite ski store and a complimentary shuttle are available. The home has air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a private entrance and heated underground parking. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.
