The main floor has an open living, dining and kitchen area with armchairs, a queen sleeper sofa, a stacked-stone fireplace and a TV. The dining table seats six, with additional chairs available, and the breakfast bar has three stools. The kitchen has Viking appliances, a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes. A patio has a natural gas grill and mountain views.

The upper floor contains a primary king bedroom with a TV and private bathroom with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, plus a twin bedroom with a TV and private shower/tub bathroom. A washer and dryer are also on this floor. The ground floor has gear-storage cubbies and a bench, a king bedroom with a TV and private bathroom with separate shower and tub, and a patio with the private hot tub.

Shared Silver Star facilities include a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and firepits. An on-site restaurant and ski store are available. Guests have easy access to the Spiro Trailhead for hiking and biking, designated parking for one vehicle, and complimentary winter shuttle service.

Main Street shopping and dining are five minutes away. For ski access, take the 2000 building elevator to the fourth floor, exit and walk to the Silver Star Lift and ticket office. Return via the Silver Star Run; ski lockers are along the 1000 building. The Silver Star lift is operated by Park City Resort, and access is not guaranteed: operations depend on weather and resort staffing. Parking is designated for one vehicle.

Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival or for stays longer than 28 days must be completed through the Guest Experience team. Minimum-stay requirements vary by date.
