House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is seven. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require contacting the Guest Experience team to confirm availability and complete the reservation. Minimum stays are three nights from October 27–December 17, 2026; seven nights from December 18, 2026–January 2, 2027; and three nights from January 3, 2027–January 1, 2028.
Getting there
The townhome spans three stories, with stairs to the first-floor and third-floor bedrooms. Parking is limited to one designated onsite vehicle space. Main Street is five minutes away. For ski-in/ski-out access, take the elevator in the 3000 building to the third floor, exit and turn right onto the paved path, then continue parallel to the ski hill to the Silver Star Lift and ticket office. Return via the Silver Star Run. Ski lockers are in the 1000 building. The Silver Star Lift is operated by Park City Resort; access is not guaranteed and depends on weather and resort staffing. A complimentary shuttle operates in winter.
