The house

The condo accommodates up to eight guests and has three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. An entry area provides hooks and benches for outdoor gear. The open living, dining and kitchen area has tall windows, rustic beams, hardwood floors, Western-inspired decor and a stone fireplace. Living-room seating includes a leather couch, divan and two armchairs, with a TV and cable.

The kitchen features Viking appliances, cooking basics, dishes, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. A breakfast bar seats four and the dining table seats eight. The deck has soft seating and a bar for four.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. One guest bedroom has a king bed and a private shower-only bathroom; the other has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer are provided.

Shared community facilities include an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, on-site cafe/restaurant and ski store. The building has an elevator. The condo includes one assigned garage parking space and complimentary winter shuttle service. Kitchen, laundry and bath starter essentials are provided.
