The house

The condo accommodates up to eight guests in three bedrooms. The living area has wooden beams, a gas stone fireplace, a couch, armchairs and a 65-inch television. An open kitchen with Viking appliances connects to a four-person breakfast bar and a dining table seating ten. A balcony provides a private hot tub and natural gas grill.

Two guest bedrooms each have a king bed and a private bathroom; one bathroom has a separate shower and tub, and the other has a shower only. The third bedroom has a full bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, with a private bathroom containing a shower/tub combination.

Community facilities include a heated swimming pool, shared hot tub, fitness center, restaurant, ski store and firepits. A complimentary Silver Star Shuttle and one assigned underground garage parking space are available. Nearby trails offer hiking and mountain biking. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, cable television, a DVD player and starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided.

For ski-in/ski-out access, exit the condo and take the elevator to the fourth floor, where the Silver Star Ski Lift and ticket booth are outside. Lift access is not guaranteed and depends on weather and Park City Resort staffing.
