House rules
Maximum overnight occupancy is eight guests. Reservations within 48 hours of arrival, stays longer than 28 days and extensions of existing stays require confirmation and completion through the Guest Experience team.
Getting there
For ski access, take the 4000-building elevator to the second floor, go outside, turn right onto the paved path and walk parallel to the ski hill to the Silver Star Lift. Return via the Silver Star Run and the path to the same elevator. The Silver Star Lift is operated by Park City Resort; access is not guaranteed and operations depend on weather and resort staffing. Parking is limited to one designated garage space. The home is arranged over three floors.
