Maximum seven guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Ocean City's noise-control ordinances apply; excessive noise at the property may be grounds for eviction under Maryland law. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, the house rules and the cancellation policy.
Getting there
The condo is on the ocean block, close to the beach and the Delaware state line. Coastal Highway is a short stroll away, and Northside Park is three-quarters of a mile south.
