The professionally decorated condo has a completely renovated kitchen and one renovated bathroom. A 22-foot balcony offers a partial Atlantic Ocean view and an outdoor table seating six.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin bed. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping space in the common area. The living room has a 65-inch 4K TV, and the primary bedroom has a 43-inch 4K TV. A Blu-ray player and board games are available.

Facilities include a full kitchen with a coffee maker and dishwasher, central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi throughout the condo, a washer/dryer and an outdoor shower. Towels, bed linens and an iron are provided.

The condo is in a quiet part of Ocean City, close to the beach and a short stroll from Coastal Highway's restaurants, shops and mini-golf courses. Northside Park is three-quarters of a mile south; its 58 acres include sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, and walking and jogging paths.

The condo is on the ocean block, close to the beach and the Delaware state line. Coastal Highway is a short stroll away, and Northside Park is three-quarters of a mile south.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Guests must follow the good neighbor policy and must not engage in illegal activity. Ocean City's noise-control ordinances apply; excessive noise at the property may be grounds for eviction under Maryland law. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay's rental terms, the house rules and the cancellation policy.
