House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. Minimum-night requirements vary by dates of stay and may become more lenient for last-minute bookings. Payment due at booking is 15% for arrivals 61 or more days away, 50% for arrivals 31–60 days away, and 100% within 30 days of arrival. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, advance payments are refunded less a $175 taxed cancellation fee. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, 50% of rent and a $175 cancellation fee are retained. Within 14 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Getting there
South Beach is just yards away; restaurants, shopping and the Tybee pier are within walking distance. Reserved garage parking accommodates two cars, but large SUVs and oversized trucks may not fit. The building has an elevator, but the accommodation is not ADA compliant.
