Silver Lode Escape accommodates up to 11 guests in 3,102 square feet, with four bedrooms and five full bathrooms. The main floor has an open-plan kitchen and family room. The outdoor deck has two seating areas, a fire pit, dining table and grill, with mountain views. A private hot tub and media room provide additional places to relax.

The middle floor has another family area with a wet bar and the main suite. Its bathroom includes a soaking tub, shower, steam feature and dual vanity; the bedroom has a king bed and TV. The lower level has an additional sitting area. Both guest bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the bunk room has three twin beds and one queen bed.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, plus a kitchen island and dining table. The home also has air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. A private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are provided.

The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Fees are added after approval and are non-refundable.

The home has multiple levels. Shops, restaurants and skiing are within walking distance. Parking is limited to one car in the garage.

Maximum occupancy is 11. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Long-term stays are allowed.

Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange a paid In-Stay Refresh. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable, and additional cleaning will be arranged with payment.

A credit card preauthorization of $2,800.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Up to two dogs may be allowed only with final approval; non-refundable fees are $150 per animal for pet cleaning and $50/night per animal for pet rental.

Shipping packages or ski gear to the home is prohibited. Shipping to the team's local address is available upon request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details.

Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
