House rules
Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Longer stays require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team, with payment collected separately. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For cancellation before the 110-day cutoff, the initial payment is refunded less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from an InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
A maximum of two cars is permitted at the property.
