The 5,209-square-foot home has views of Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Pyramid Peaks, with indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. There are five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Three bedrooms each have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed and an ensuite bathroom; an additional twin-over-full bunk bed is in the common area/game room.

Facilities include a hot tub, private gym, theater room, game room with a pool table, fireplace, television, ski storage, patio/deck and an elevator. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, with a dining table. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Reservations require final homeowner approval and completion of the required electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Half of the booking total is due upon booking; the remaining balance is due 110 days before arrival. For stays exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Longer stays require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team, with payment collected separately. Rental periods of 30 nights or more are non-refundable. For cancellation before the 110-day cutoff, the initial payment is refunded less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; after full payment, the amount paid is non-refundable. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text message from an InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
