Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the booked guest count; notify management if that count changes. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Fixed arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The apartment sits beneath a main dwelling and has separate access. Beaches, bush walks and the Grand Pacific are within a five-minute walk; central Lorne is a leisurely 15-minute walk away. Parking is limited to one car space.
