Level 1 has three ensuite bedrooms and a recreation room with a pool table, wet bar and full-size refrigerator. Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms and laundry facilities. Level 3 has one ensuite bedroom, a half bathroom, and a great room with a gas fireplace, kitchen and dining area. Four bedrooms have deck access. The sleeping arrangements include three king beds, three queen beds, two twin-over-twin bunk sets and one double-bottom/twin-top bunk set. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. Community facilities include tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access. The home is near the tennis court and beach walkway, with Porpoise Point Central Access serving as the named beach access. An elevator, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV and multiple TVs/DVD players are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided.
