Do all rooms have private bathrooms?
Most rooms have private bathrooms. The Forest Cabin does not; guests use shared facilities in the nearby main house.
Are meals included?
Breakfast is included in the room rate. Lunch and dinner are available for an additional fee. All meals are vegetarian, and vegan options can be arranged on request.
Are pets welcome?
Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Contact the property in advance to confirm suitability and details.
Are there animals living at the property?
Resident cats and dogs live on the property. Guests with allergies or sensitivities should take this into consideration.
Is the road suitable for regular cars?
The rural village road is accessible by regular cars; a 4x4 is not needed. Drive slowly. A 4x4 can provide more freedom for exploring nearby off-the-beaten-path places.
How far is the nearest beach?
The Black Sea coast is about a 20–25 minute drive away. The nearest beaches are in Shekvetili and Ureki.
Is the guesthouse suitable for long stays?
Yes. Both short and long stays are welcome. Special rates for longer stays may be available on request.
Is the guesthouse suitable for events?
It is not a party destination and does not host large events. Yoga retreats and small workshops are occasionally hosted.
Is the property open year-round?
It is generally open year-round, with occasional short closures for maintenance or renovation.
