The house

The 100 m² house stands on an 11,500 m² plot surrounded by farmland and was renovated in 2015. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The triple bedroom has a double bed and a single bed in an adjoining room, with space for a crib. The double bedroom has a single bunk.

The kitchen has cooking utensils, an electric stove and a microwave. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living room has sofas, satellite TV and large windows overlooking the terrace and pool. The dining area has a large Majorcan table and seating. Wi-Fi, central heating and a fireplace are available. Air conditioning is in the living room, with two portable fans for use elsewhere.

Outside are a 35 m² furnished porch, a vine-covered patio, a small entrance porch, hammocks and a mobile barbecue. The swimming pool measures 7.5 × 3.5 metres. Free exterior parking accommodates five cars. Pets weighing up to 5 kg are welcome.

Montuïri is 2.5 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 27.2 km away, and Sa Ràpita Beach is approximately 29 km away. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
