## About the house

The long villa has a central chill-out terrace, a garden of more than 900 m², eight sun loungers and a barbecue. The saltwater infinity pool measures 15 × 4 metres, is 1.2–1.6 metres deep and has an integrated jacuzzi.

The living room has two large sofas, a TV with international channels, a DVD player and a wood stove. Large windows overlook the garden and pool, with shades for summer. The kitchen has an island with an induction hob, an oven, a dining area, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Ducted air-conditioning and underfloor heating serve the whole house, and Wi-Fi is available.

All four bedrooms have a double bed, air-conditioning and a closet. The bedroom beside the living room is open to its en-suite shower bathroom and has access to a small terrace. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom, views over the fields and a small furnished terrace. The third and fourth bedrooms each have a small desk. There is a third bathroom with a separate shower.

The villa is in the countryside near Muro's train station, with trains to Palma usually running every 15–30 minutes. Muro has services including a supermarket and petrol station. Playa de Muro and Can Picafort are about 15 minutes away by car. Outdoor parking accommodates six cars.
