Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use and only the guests recorded on the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management of changes. Unless Pets Welcome is advertised, pets are strictly prohibited. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home.
Getting there
Separation Creek beach is a five-minute stroll away. Off-street parking accommodates three cars. Bring your own linen or arrange linen hire. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
