The townhome has ocean and beach views, a deck, a private entrance and an outside shower. Three full bathrooms, bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bedroom 1 on Floor 1 has a king bed; Bedroom 2 on Floor 2 has a king bed; Bedroom 3 on Floor 1 has a queen bed; and Bedroom 4 on Floor 1 has two twin beds.

The full kitchen includes cookware, dishes and utensils, a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. A wine cooler, living room and dining room are also available.

Amenities include air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet, smart TVs with cable/satellite, a washing machine and dryer. The home has hot water, a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher. Arrival is by keyless self-check-in, and covered parking is free. Up to two pets are permitted; extra fees may apply. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable; cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund; cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a refund of all advance payments.
