# Shore Road Serenity Southampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house Shore Road Serenity sleeps six in a cottage-style home with French doors, large windows, a high ceiling and open-plan gathering areas. The living room and dining area are complemented by an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. All three bedrooms are on the main floor: the primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet and ensuite bathroom; the second has a queen bed, TV and closet; the third has two twin beds and a closet. Each bedroom has air conditioning. The primary bathroom has a shower and tub, and the second full bathroom has a shower. Outside are a landscaped lawn, shaded seating, a deck/patio, six lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella, a gas grill, a wood-burning fire pit and an outdoor hot/cold shower. Two kayaks are available. The home has direct waterfront access and 80 feet of private bay beachfront. Sag Harbor and Southampton are a short drive away. Facilities include central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, washer and dryer, linens and towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire.
