## About the house

The home accommodates up to 16 guests and has five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The front deck overlooks the ocean, while the back deck and hot tub overlook the pond. Renovations for the 2026 season include the Level 3 ensuite bathroom and selected decking.

Level 1 has a king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, standing shower and pool access, plus a half bathroom. The recreation room includes a wet bar and an 8-foot pool table, with a dining area, sitting room with entertainment center and laundry room.

Level 2 has a king ensuite with a standing shower and deck access; a twin bedroom and a duo-bunk bedroom with trundle sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub combination; and a queen bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and shower/tub combination. A separate private den/office has a queen sleeper sofa, desk, and access to the deck and hot tub.

Level 3 has a king ensuite with a standing shower and private balcony, a half bathroom, great room, open kitchen with island and five breakfast-bar stools, dining table seating ten, and separate reading room. Level 4 has a ship’s watch with a game table and ocean and pond views.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, multiple Smart TVs, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and municipal water. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Outdoor facilities include furniture, five beach chairs, gas and charcoal grills, a basketball goal and an outdoor shower. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, gym, basketball courts, playground and beach access.
