Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 years are accepted; cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking. Unregistered visitors require prior identification details to be submitted; visitors may not stay overnight. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang items outside, and do not flush toilet paper. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional night charge. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
