The house

Built in 2023, this 1,769-square-foot, third-floor condo sleeps six and has four full bathrooms. An elevator serves the penthouse. The living area has a gas stone fireplace, heated floors and west-facing views of Big Mountain. Accordion glass doors open onto a partially covered balcony of more than 900 square feet with a barbecue grill and private hot tub.

The kitchen has high-end appliances and quartz countertops. The dining table seats eight, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. All three bedrooms have spacious closets, Smart TVs and private bathrooms with heated floors. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a shower bathroom and a private balcony. A second bedroom has a king bed and a shower bathroom; the third has two twin beds and a shower/tub combination. A washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. Starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.

The six-acre community has shared fire pits and landscaped pathways. Private garage parking accommodates one vehicle, with additional parking in the building's lot. Downtown Whitefish is a few minutes away, and Glacier National Park is 30 minutes away. City Beach is a 15-minute drive and Whitefish Mountain Resort is a 10-minute drive. The free S.N.O.W. Bus serves Whitefish and Big Mountain during peak ski and summer seasons.
