House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and proof of age is required. Pets are not permitted. The property manager must meet you within the first 24 hours after arrival to review applicable local ordinances and stay rules. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee, with variable pricing; request it before arrival and allow up to 48 hours for heating.
Getting there
Driveway parking is limited to two vehicles. The shared pool and spa are reached by a short walking path. Old Town La Quinta is 10 minutes away, and three public PGA West courses are nearby.
