The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, black appliances, a KitchenAid mixer and a Keurig coffee maker, along with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, blender and toaster. The indoor dining table seats six. The expanded patio has a sectional sofa, dining table, misting system and gas grill, with views of the golf course and lake. Linens, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.
