House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Saturday check-in and checkout. Early check-in is offered in limited quantities for an additional fee and requires confirmation. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it; do not use it if its locking system is faulty or its operation seems abnormal, and do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
Persimmon St. Beach Access is reached via a community beach walkway a short stroll from the home. Corolla Village shops and Currituck Beach Lighthouse are within walking distance. Parking is limited to five vehicles. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to meet ADA requirements; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
