The house

Set on a private block in Shinnecock Hills, the home has an open floorplan with water views through oversized windows. The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace and connects to the dining area and equipped kitchen. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers including a Keurig, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, wine fridge and ice maker.

Both bedrooms are on the main floor in the main house. One has a king bed and the other a queen bed; each has air conditioning and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower. An additional half bathroom is on the main floor. Bed linens, bath towels, central air conditioning, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and a smart TV are provided.

The beachfront setting offers shoreline access, water views and a gas grill for outdoor meals. Parking and a detached garage are available, and the home has a private entrance. Restaurants, shops, galleries, golf courses and beaches are a short drive away.

The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation as part of the Elite program.
