The updated kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a designated workspace, a washer and dryer, cable TV, linens and towels are provided. The primary bedroom has a double/full bed, closet and balcony/deck. The second bedroom doubles as an office and has a twin daybed and closet. An additional open sleeping area has a sofa bed and TV. All three sleeping areas are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning. The full bathroom is on the same floor and has a shower/tub combination. Maximum occupancy remains two guests. The private backyard has a covered brick patio, outdoor dining furniture, three lounge chairs, multiple sitting areas and a charcoal grill. Free parking and a private entrance are available. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval. Additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory and in-stay cleanings are at the guest's expense. A refundable cash security deposit of $2,000 is required, subject to a separate Security Deposit Agreement signed by owner and guest before check-in. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Following cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued once full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the dates are not rebooked, the original stay may still be used if payments comply with the original payment schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins.
