House rules

Reservations require approval before confirmation. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional guests are permitted. The primary renter must be at least 30. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities or other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during the same stay, require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Pets require owner approval. The dog approval fee is $200 per dog per booking; additional fees and/or a security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included. Additional requested cleanings are at the guest's expense. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the owner elects to reopen cancelled dates and the property is rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments are made and written notice is given at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Balance payments by credit card are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule showings during reasonable daytime hours.

Getting there

A bay beach is one block away. Ponquogue Beach, Meschutt Beach and Tiana Town Beach are nearby. The home has sleeping accommodation on both the main and second floors. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
