The house

The approximately 2,000-square-foot home has an open, sun-filled living layout with floor-to-ceiling windows and indoor/outdoor living. All four bedrooms have water views and are on the first/main floor. The primary bedroom has one king bed, a closet and a full ensuite bathroom; the other three bedrooms each have one queen bed and a closet. There are two full bathrooms: one with a shower and the primary bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The large yard faces the bay and Dune Road, with space for outdoor dining. Outdoor facilities include an uncovered deck/patio, umbrella-equipped patio furniture, two lounge chairs, a gas grill, a wood-burning fire pit, a swing set, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler and a paddle board. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Heating and hot water are available.

The property is bayfront and canal-front, with a bay beach and a private dock. Westhampton and Bridgehampton are a short drive away. Local parks, walking trails, shops and beaches are nearby. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
