Adults-only: guests and visitors must be at least 18. Pets are not allowed in rooms or shared areas. Clothing is required; nudism is not permitted. Before swimming in Tuuch cenote, guests must shower and use biodegradable products on their skin. Swimming in the cenote may be restricted due to weather conditions or water clarity. Parking costs $20 USD per night, subject to availability. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; late check-out has an extra charge. Airport transportation is available for an extra fee. The hotel does not accept cash.
