House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic identification before arrival. The garden studio sofa bed is available on request for two children or one adult. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. Baby cots and highchairs are available for hire. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund.
Getting there
The second bedroom is on the first floor. The garden barbecue is not available for guest use.
