The light-filled, open layout connects the living spaces, with multiple sitting areas and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bed linens, bath towels, central air conditioning, heating, a washer and a dryer are provided. Three bedrooms are upstairs: one has a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom, TV and closet; two have a double/full bed each, with a closet in Bedroom 3. Bedroom 4 is on the main floor with a queen bed, TV and closet. The additional upstairs sleeping space has a double/full bed. All five sleeping areas have air conditioning. Two full bathrooms with showers are upstairs; the main-floor full bathroom has a shower and tub. On cancellation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the new reservation is collected. If no new booking is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments have been made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be by check, ACH or wire.
