The home also has heating, hot water, a washer and dryer, a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher. The covered deck/patio has an outdoor dining table, seating and an umbrella. Outdoor facilities include a private heated saltwater pool, six lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, a fire pit and a fenced yard. Two adult bicycles, two children's bicycles, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are available. Shelter Island beaches, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and golf courses are nearby.
