If it is not rebooked, guests may use their original dates provided payments meet the booking schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the stay. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above that amount must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement's coverage details.
