Crescent Beach is a short walk away, with restaurants and shops nearby. A secured gate opens onto a brick-paver driveway. Living areas have leather couches and a usable fireplace, with hardwood flooring throughout the main floor and bedrooms. The kitchen has a tiled floor, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a tiled brick island seating four. The dining table seats eight. Glass doors open onto a wood deck running the length of the house and overlooking the yard. The finished, carpeted lower level has a pool table and table tennis table. It opens onto a covered outdoor dining area with a grill and seating for 10. The landscaped backyard has a private heated outdoor pool. The home sleeps 14 guests, with six bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom and a bathroom in the separate guest house. Sleeping arrangements comprise one king bed, one pull-out sofa, three twin beds and four queen beds. There are five full bathrooms, one half bathroom and an outdoor shower. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, hot water, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and a dryer are provided. The homeowner manages property preparation, arrival coordination, on-site operations and guest communication after booking. Reservations require approval before confirmation. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Smoking is not allowed. The property is not designated child-friendly. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Pets require owner approval and may incur additional fees and/or a security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $145.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Events, commercial activities and other non-traditional uses, including rotating groups during the same stay, require prior written host approval. Additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. After cancellation, Marquis will make best efforts to work with the owner to reopen the dates; reopening is at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments comply with the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.
