A large kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware and tableware, plus an ice maker, coffee equipment, toaster and blender. Three spacious bedrooms are upstairs: one has a king bed and TV, and two have queen beds. Each has a closet. A separate private sleeping area on the main floor has a king bed, TV and closet. The primary suite has an ensuite bath, and one bedroom has a water view. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and essentials are provided. Outside are an uncovered deck/patio, lounge chairs, a gas grill, a private outdoor pool and a fenced yard. Beach equipment includes four beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, paddle board and beach toys. The home also has heating, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, parking and a private entrance. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Maximum occupancy is eight; no additional guests are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. One hypoallergenic, non-shedding dog of 25 lbs or less is permitted for $250.00 per booking. Other dogs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and successfully rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation is collected. If the dates are not rebooked, guests may use their original dates if scheduled payments are complete and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above that amount must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to booking-agreement coverage details.
